Fauna and flora will adapt to the prevailing climatic conditions on any location on Earth.
Insect species migrate into habitats that are getting warmer, as seen in the two following examples.

The pine processionary is a pest chewing the needless of pine and cedar trees. The urticating properties of the caterpillar hairs is also a sanitary danger for humans and animals. It was confined to the Mediterranean area but is now extending its presence Northwards at a yearly rate of approx. 5 km per year and 3-7 m altitude.

Some implantations (hot spots) were probably caused by the transport of ornamental trees.

Plenty of examples show similar patterns: bird seasonal migration, microbial soil composition, precocity of bud formation, etc.

In Europe, cropping conditions have changed alongside warm (Roman and Medieval time) and cold (little ice age) periods; and such trends continue.

It is also reported that grapes produced in temperate climates have an increasing sugar content. However, this may also be due to changes of agricultural practices.
